Hybrid Treat – Ultimate Solution for Glass Printing
The Industrial Rotary Hybrid Treatment System is designed for surface treatment of products using plasma, flame and Pyrosil /Primer processes in a compact rotary configuration. Products are manually loaded onto jigs and manually offloaded from the front side of the machine.

The system features an 8-station rotary table treatment platform integrating plasma treatment, flame treatment, Pyrosil treatment and Silane treatment. The station layout includes loading/unloading, blank stations for future expansion, dust cleaning with plasma treatment, flame treatment, flame treatment with Pyrosil spray, Silane spray, and two cooling stations. Users can choose either Pyrosil or Silane treatment based on their application requirements.

treatment heights of up to 250 mm.
• Spraying gun up and down adjustable
• Temperature sensor in 2nd burner ensuring products heated to 90°C (194°F) for silane treatment.
• PLC control, touch screen display
• Machine with safety closure, cooling station after treatment
